5 Minute Hurts

8 x 5min intervals (90secs recovery) with HuRTS. This was a wake-up call for my soft legs but I held in there and managed to finish the session with a modest slow-down on the last two. On the odd reps I was finishing just short of the drain. This is exactly what I’ve been missing the last couple of years and it feels great to be working the legs again.

Bumped into Paul M en-route from North Sydney and we chatted about his 2:37 marathon. What a great result after a solid year of improvement! Gives me something to aim for. Tucks and Tom are both looking in great shape for Six Foot. I’ve been persuaded to run for the HuRTS team as we have a decent chance of taking it out this year.
