Cool Twenty

Slow start to the mid-week 20k commute but got better and better as the legs loosened up. Seem to have recovered better/faster from the hill session this time and the cool change helped. Worked the ups and downs on River Road and got into a nice rhythm around the Bay.

20km in 1:25 (4:15/km).

Calves & glutes are a bit tight. It’s a nice hurt but must stretch. Weight seems to be dropping too although progress on that front will stall until I’ve eaten all the leftover kids party food. Also it’s Cadburys Cream Egg season again!! I could eat three of those a day.

Still unsure what to do on the weekend. Someone suggested reps of Kedumba on Sunday. Sounds like the most time-efficient way to smash my legs up so might do that if I can work out logistics.

    I believe I suggested Kedumba reps actually. It was a great idea.

    Thinking of doing the Rebel Fatass Kedumba Reps on Sunday.
    Spoilt for choice for runs in the mountains this weekend.

    If this rain keeps up then both rivers on the Megalong Mega will be a bit too high for most people except for Ron who swam Coxs 2 years ago.
