Getting over it

A crap week getting over a cold/virus and generally feeling shit. Despite (or perhaps because of) very little running last week my hips seem to have seized up. I need to start doing some strength work. For the record…

Monday: 12k easy

Tuesday: Hurts 45 minute tempo – abandoned halfway through to cough up a lung and limp back over the bridge.

Wednesday: easy 10k. Still feel crap.

Thursday: 18k around Mosman. Good solid run. Trying out the new toy…

Awesome curry afterwards with @sparkrecruit at Surjits. The bakra punjabi masala is curry heaven!

Friday: AM Easy Tiger massage  – the bastard stuck needles in my arse. Back to feeling shit again. 12k home in the evening. Hard work.
