One thing leads to another

Hip was still tight on the way to HuRTS for the 2x 20mins (3min) session. First interval was fine: the Garmin showed 5:75km (3:30s). After 3 minutes rest my right hamstring had tightened up a lot but I was hoping it would loosen out once we got going again. After about a km I could feel it getting tighter with every stride so I pulled off to the side, had a stretch and limped back over the bridge.

Need to nip this little problem in the bud because I’m feeling absolutely ready for a hard training block. Guess I just have to be patient and sensible for a few more days…
