14x 3mins (1min)

3:25/km average pace. Pushed a bit harder for the last few chasing Bartles at around 3:20/km pace. There’s a bit of tighness and heaviness in the legs which I’m hoping is just leftover from the GC half. Nothing a good massage won’t fix.

22km including warm-up/cool-down. Long session for a lunch-break.
