Mon: Easy 15k

Tues: 14x 3mins (1min), 22k total

Wed: 21km easy

Thurs: 5x 1.2km (tired & heavy), 15km total

Fri: massage AM, 12.3km easy PM

Sat: 7.5km ANSW x-country in 26:19 (35+ team gold), 14km total

Sun: 33km Cooks River Recuperator

Total for the week 132km. Need a few more weeks like this….and more cake.
