Tiger Session

Joined Easy Tiger’s squad for some reps in Centennial. Pretty warm and sticky. The session was 4x 500m on a 3min cycle followed by 3x 2km off 10mins. Even 500s were run a bit harder than odd.

4k warm-up
500s: 91, 86, 90, 88
2ks: 6:51, 6:51, 6:59
2k cool-down

I haven’t done a session like this on grass for a while and it felt slower and harder than on the road. A good session but a lot of work to do. Think my 2ks should really be sub 6:40.
14k total for the day. Followed by a very nice breaky in Redfern.
